Refund & Exchange Period

Customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligible Reasons

Refund or exchange requests are accepted if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • The request is made after 7 days

  • The product was damaged after delivery

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Make sure to keep the security flyer and receipt intact as it would be needed for verification along with your order number.

We will either replace the parcel or send you a full refund.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
